This subsystem allows system users to perform electromagnetic compatibility analysis on domestic and international frequency assignments to determine if a proposed assignment will cause interference to existing frequency assignments. This subsystem is an integral part of the authorization process of the Radio Station Licensing and Coordination/ Notification subsystems.
