This subsystem provides comprehensive administration of AFMS financial records including issuing invoices, recording payments, and producing financial reports. AFMS uses the standard double-entry accounting methods to record and report all financial transactions through journal entries. Facilities are also provided to establish accounts and fee schedules. Revenue Tracking automatically posts all license fees to the relevant revenue account once an invoice is produced, and any adjustment, to any account, is reflected in the journal.
