This subsystem allows
a regulatory agency to maintain the national policy regarding radio frequency
spectrum usage. The subsystem provides the following capabilities:

maintain a national frequency bands, allocation of the bands to radio
services on a primary or secondary basis as well as on footnotes for
the bands and the allocations |

To
generate and maintain channeling plans including the automated generation
of channels with user specified parameters |

To
store and retrieve footnotes for bands, allocations, and sub-allocations |

4.
|
To
query and report on the frequency allocation table, channeling plans,
sub-allocation plans, footnotes |

To
validate frequency assignments against the national policy on radio
frequency spectrum usage |
