SPECTROCAN completed a detailed study of the existing management of the radio spectrum in Kampala, Uganda in February 2000. The study was sponsored and funded by the Telecommunication Bureau of the ITU, Geneva, and included a number of recommendations to be used in future spectrum management developments in Uganda.
