SPECTROCAN was awarded a contract to review, assess and report on current status of the radio spectrum management in Niger. In the subsequent phase SPECTROCAN prepared a detail plan for modernization of the radio spectrum management in Niger with emphasis on the most efficient utilization of the allocated funds, capacity building, organization of the spectrum management operation and detail training plan. Finally, SPECTROCAN assisted the regulator in developing their requirements for a mobile spectrum monitoring system.
