The Regulator of Nicaragua, TELCOR acquired under a World bank funded project a complete Spectrum Management and Monitoring solution from Rohde & Schwarz in partnership with LS telcom. Tasks included the interfacing with existing databases, integration and cleaning of multiple, redundant databases, integration of specific fee calculation and billing procedures, adaptation of country specific forms and reports and further customization. Also the national frequency plan had to be adapted and integrated.
