SPECTROCAN was awarded a contract for consultancy services in Spectrum Management as a part of the National Telecommunications Sector Reform Project. Over the life cycle of the project, SPECTROCAN provided consulting services to the Ministry in the area of policy, licensing, forecasting, spectrum planning and regulatory issues, and on modernization of the national spectrum management in general. Some of the specific areas of consulting services included spectrum pricing and fee structure, satellite coordination, and interference in broadcasting bands.
