SPECTROCAN was awarded a contract by the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) to develop a Technical Specification for the automated spectrum management and monitoring systems along with an implementation strategy for the system. As part of this contract SPECTROCAN also reviewed existing telecommunications laws and regulations, and drafted the National Frequency Allocation Plan.
